Refund and Exchange Policy
Tickets are not refundable.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance in the same production for a fee of $2 per ticket, if you notify the Phipps at least 24 hours prior to the performance. Unused tickets may be returned for a tax-deductible donation receipt.

General Policies
Your personal information will be provided to the Phipps only. The Phipps does not sell or share user information.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Phipps Center for the Arts). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
